What to expect when You hire us

Phase 1: Inquiry

  1. Let us know you’re interested! Fill out our inquiry form, shoot us a DM, craft an email, do what you’ve got to do. Once we’ve heard from you, we’ll send over some basic info (process + pricing) for you to take a look at and give you an opportunity to book a call to ask any further questions.

  2. Schedule a Discovery Call. After you inquire, we’ll send you our schedule to pick a time that works for you to jump on the phone and ask any questions you have / get a feel for our process. This call serves as a time for us to feel out if we’re a good fit for each other and dive into what it’s like to work with us. I’ll be honest- I’m not the least bit salesy. Some call it bad business, I call it honesty. I’ll let you know if our services make sense for you or if they don’t. Frankly put- I don’t want people to pay me their hard earned money when it’s not in their best interest. So ask me all the questions you have about investment, design styles, process, personality, you name it!!

  3. Additional Resources. After our Discovery Call I’ll send over any additional info that you’ve requested. This could include specific examples of work, options for third-party add-on’s to your site, or custom proposals. From this point we hope to have given you everything you need to make an informed decision on whether or not we’re a good fit for your project.

Phase 2: Ready to go!

  1. The stars have aligned and we’ve found a perfect fit! Trust me- I’m more excited than you are. Getting to work with clients whose businesses and goals align with my own is what makes my heart sing. Once you let us know that you’d like to move forward with us, the real fun begins!

  2. But first, the house keeping. I’ll send over your personal Client Portal where you’ll find your contract, invoice, questionnaires, and content collection form. Once you’ve sent your contract and invoice, your start date is secured!

  3. Before we can start your design build out, we need all of your content! This includes a completed content collection (that we will provide for you), photos, and any other relevant files. Your content collection must be fully completed by your start date!

Phase 3: Design Buildout

  1. Happy Start Date!! This is when all of the design fun begins! We’ve got your content, your discovery forms have been submitted, and we’ve collaborated on creative direction. From here, your process will differ depending on which package you’ve booked. In this case, we’ll speak to our custom web design packages.

  2. The first step for our custom web packages is Mockup design. We’ll take what we’ve gathered from our discovery phase and create a home page mockup for you to give your stamp of approval on before we move into back-end development.

  3. The majority of our timeline will be spent in the development phase. A few weeks before handing off, we’ll send you site access to review our work and submit edits. The remainder of our timeline will be spent making tweaks to the site until it checks all of your boxes!

Phase 4: Handoff &Training

  1. Final edits have been made and the site is ready to go live! We’ll transfer your domain if necessary and set a launch date!

  2. The last bit of house keeping- once you’ve submitted your final invoice, we’ll send over all the files that we’ve prepared for you and most importantly- transfer site ownership! Next up is your personalized training video to teach you how to make small edits and manage your site long after we’re gone!

  3. Our mission is complete when we hand over a beautiful and functional site that represents your business to a T! We like to celebrate the big and little wins around here and if you ask us, launching a new site is a BIG win! So let’s pop some bubbly and cheers to you making moves for your business!
